LIVE STREAMING / VIDEO PRODUCTION

100 Years of Bauhaus Live Stream

As part of the 100 years of bauhaus opening festival under the patronage of Federal President Frank Walter Steinmeier, ifbbw produced and broadcast the opening concert by Michael Wollny for Arte Concert as a live stream.

Under the direction of director Thomas Janze, the production was implemented with an extremely high quality standard with four Alexa Amira cameras and two Alexa Minis. A black cam and a remote head camera were also used. This made it possible to get the cameras close to the artists on stage without disturbing the experimental jazz concert and the musicians.

Video production for cinema

In addition to the live broadcast of the concert at Arte Concert, the production was also shown in the cinema a few days later. To ensure this, the recording of the concert was edited by ifbbw in post-production for theatrical release. In addition, cinematic 5.1 sound was added from the single-track recording and the concert was played in DCP cinema format.
