United We Stream

United We Stream was launched at short notice as a charity project by the Berlin Club Commission. Since all Berlin clubs had to close their doors at short notice in March 2020 due to the spread of Corona, a creative idea was needed. Under the motto "If you're going to party on your own, then celebrate properly" since March 18th, 2020, a 5-hour live stream with DJ sets has been broadcast daily from one of the sometimes world-famous clubs in Berlin.

Arte Concert and radioeins as media partners for United We Stream

Thanks to the quick commitments from Arte Concert and radioeins as media partners, a broad audience was already able to be generated for the first live broadcast. Almost 1 million hits on the live stream on the first evening speak for themselves. Since day one, ifbbw has been taking care of the image mixing and encoding of the stream with staff and technology, as well as the distribution of the streams to the appropriate channels for publication. We deliver the stream for the Arte Concert Player, as well as distribution to various social media channels.

Overwhelming success: over €100,000 in donations in the first 5 hours of the United We Stream live stream

The wide distribution of the streams in various channels pays off. On the very first day of broadcasting, UnitedWeStream received over 3,000 donations totaling over €100,000. The donations received go into a fund. For the distribution of the fund, Berlin clubs and live music venues whose audience capacity does not exceed 1500 people.
