Rock am Ring Festival livestream on RTL+ and TikTok

Since 2022, ifbbw has been a livestreaming partner of EBC Eventim Brand Connect and broadcasts the Rock am Ring Festival as a live stream every summer, along with other major festivals in Germany.

In summer 2022, the ifbbw will broadcast the livestream of the Rock am Ring Festivals broadcast live at the Nürburgring. Together with TV skyline we have the transmission for our customer Eventim and for three days bands like GreenDay, placebo, muse and Marteria live to RTL+ Viewers could follow the live stream in the app, via smart TVs or on the Internet.

Two stages were broadcast in parallel as a live stream. The viewers had the option of choosing which of the two stages they would rather see. In addition, selected artists were broadcast as a live stream on TikTok, thus reaching a completely different target group.

The ifbbw was responsible for the implementation of the production on Nurburgring with streaming direction and several employees on site who take care of all encoding of the Rock am Ring Festival. We also took care of parts of the post production – and took over the production of the on-demand videos.
