Modern Live broadcast as corporate communications: For the launch of Coke Life on the German market, Coca-Cola on an innovative communication format that connected employees directly with each other – live and across locations.
During an intensive, ten-day sales campaign, thousands of employees were deployed at eight different locations in Germany to provide beverage stores and retailers with promotional materials for the new Coke Life. At the end of the campaign, management wanted to personally thank everyone for their efforts – in a way that would reach everyone directly.
The solution: A professionally implemented live corporate communications event, connecting all eight remote locations via video transmission. The company's executive board, who flew in from the US especially, joined the event live from Frankfurt and delivered a personal thank you to all employees in real time.
The locations had also prepared: Each location sent a small, creative surprise live back to Frankfurt – a interactive Exchange with emotional added value.
